Thank you for a great year sharing the love, sharing our sweets! In the past months, we have enjoyed imaging and challenging ourselves to create flavors for you. The sound of the oven's timer, the sheen on perfectly stiff egg white peaks, the sugars and colors sprinkled across our kitchen floor - these are our favorite parts of the day. Things that truly allow us to be ourselves.

Did you know that the golden jellyfish can soak up sunlight and transform it in to sugar for food? Much like macarons that are transformed into a darling pastry under just the right amount of heat. 

Both have bell-shaped bodies that bloom in their natural habitats - under heat and under the sea, respectively.

We have a current obsession with jellyfish, and love it when obsessions are so much alike :)
